Disability/diversity training, professional communication, morals/ethics
Transparency stop lying to candidates
Absolutely everything they do is horrible
Diversity and inclusion practices definately. Some people should be fired
Communicate .. check ins.. respond.. I had an incident at work where I needed to speak to an HR and just let it passed after no response for weeks
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The availability is the most important quality

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am at top rate, for my job, since 2019, i have not had a raise-because i am at top rate, i cannot leave because of the repayment clause that states that if i leave the job, i have to pay back an accelerated rate, which for me is about $12,341. I am stuck because of that clause in the employee guid
Dudbf start work yet the registration and on-boarding
They could actually pay me(spoiler, taking then to small claims court to sort this)

Bad communication. Starting with executive leadership. Decisions are made on processes that they have zero knowledge about.

Recruiting and AMs do 15 jobs in one and good success is shortly remembered. It's never good enough.
