It is a trusting environment woth great training and people who truely care about each other's success. It is competitive but not cut throat.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
After the trainee period, which personally took me 6 months, I was bumped to a $50k salary. I have 4 weeks vacation off the bat. After a year I started earning commission. (Other co-workers of mine have been on the same timeline while some have hit their goals quicker for pay bumps)
