Bad communication. Starting with executive leadership. Decisions are made on processes that they have zero knowledge about.

The company culture is toxic. Very cult like, they lure you in making you think they care about you as a person. I had seen some amazing leaders leave the company because they really cared but their colleagues retaliated strongly. Breaks my heart, there is no real change. Just fluff

The company is run manually, reports are faulty, contractors on the field are not treated greatly. If the gov were to do an audit at the companies books, policies, and procedures they would have a day at the park.
