I am at top rate, for my job, since 2019, i have not had a raise-because i am at top rate, i cannot leave because of the repayment clause that states that if i leave the job, i have to pay back an accelerated rate, which for me is about $12,341. I am stuck because of that clause in the employee guid

Recruiting and AMs do 15 jobs in one and good success is shortly remembered. It's never good enough.
