It is an insane amount of stress and politics, bad bosses, bad atmosphere in general.
Changing management can help improve work environment
There is no check and balance on AI team. They tweak the model and if its not delivering they start blaming others for it

Almost everything. Incompetent and clueless people are being pushed into leadership and critical positions, who are making uninformed decisions that will ultimately result in the downfall of Afiniti.
