All management team need to learn how to manage without favoritism and needs to learn basics morality like how to tell the truth, how to treat other humans and to differentiate between Robots and humans. They expect people to work more than 40 hrs and penalize you in the reviews if you dont agree.

Highly political and incompetent management. Management needs to get up to International Standards. There are no proper systems in place, no training and everybody is trying to finger point at each other. The management also needs to be nice to its employees and not restrict their thinking.

I feel like being taken advantage of because the executives are quite stingy when it comes to Employee benefits but are ever ready to get benefits for themselves.
The company puts too much pressure on everyone so not really employees fault.
They should step up and think that their decision of staying long times is toxic to every one in the company. It would be better if they start gaining confidence on their own abilities than to survive on edge under such management.

Hopeless to be honest. Stop toxic politics and improve work life balance, people are not machines. Develop employees and dont police them all the time.

Removal of unnecessary meetings. Meeting should be with predefined agenda and should adhere to timeliness instead of wasting 15 persons time for non issues

There is no check and balance on AI team. They tweak the model and if its not delivering they start blaming others for it
