Nothing bad to say about my department, everyone there gets along and the atmosphere is laid back.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Where I work, while not physically stressful, it gets a bit busy, working with multiple clients through the day. It's easy work, regardless.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are fair and easy to work with, in my department. In general leadership here seems to work very hard to make sure it's worker are happy
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
For someone who wants to make this place their career, it's a good start. This is not my career, nor do I enjoy desk work every day.
