It has two business models: in the Local business, it hires its equipment to customers, who then operate it for themselves, although the Company retains responsibility for servicing and maintaining it. In the International Power Projects business, the company operates as a power producer. What is the best part about your compensation package?
The life insurance is very generous.
The salary, commission and company vehicle.
Commission rate compensates the sheer amount of project management. Customer service, technical jobs, that are not mentioned in the job description.

I feel undervalued because my skills, experience, and contributions don’t align with my compensation or career growth opportunities. Clearer promotion paths, competitive pay reflecting my expertise, and recognition for my impact on efficiency and quality would make me feel more value
Salary good but better noncash benefits would be welcome
Salary is comparable to industry nothing to brag about. Major room for improvement in benefits.
