What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have been really good.
They have been with aggreko too long and not improved our processes nor equipment offerings. Also many if not all top leaders here never meet employees or customers

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The life insurance is very generous.
The salary, commission and company vehicle.
Commission rate compensates the sheer amount of project management. Customer service, technical jobs, that are not mentioned in the job description.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my skills, experience, and contributions don’t align with my compensation or career growth opportunities. Clearer promotion paths, competitive pay reflecting my expertise, and recognition for my impact on efficiency and quality would make me feel more value
Salary good but better noncash benefits would be welcome
Salary is comparable to industry nothing to brag about. Major room for improvement in benefits.

Everyone is very friendly, helpful and collaborative.

The culture is great, everyone is very friendly and helpful.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership has got to go. They are good at ha doing KPIs but not their employee
More training and support to Operafions and sales. We need more fleet!
Employee appreciation: Recognizing local and regional employee behavior/performance/efforts.

The relaxed atmosphere, especially during the panel interview presentation.
