It has two business models: in the Local business, it hires its equipment to customers, who then operate it for themselves, although the Company retains responsibility for servicing and maintaining it. In the International Power Projects business, the company operates as a power producer. The Company installs and operates power plants and it charges its customers both for providing the generating capacity, and for the electricity it produces. What is the best part about your compensation package?
The life insurance is very generous.
The salary, commission and company vehicle.
Commission rate compensates the sheer amount of project management. Customer service, technical jobs, that are not mentioned in the job description.

Salary is comparable to industry nothing to brag about. Major room for improvement in benefits.
Salary good but better noncash benefits would be welcome
