There is a major population of older colleagues which also propogates a fixed mindset. Even if someone wants to think differently, there is hardly any encouragement. Agilent needs more young anfd fresh ideas
There is a lot of pay disparity even within the same team and that's not a healthy culture. The amount of work, the experience level, the targets and the pay are all disproportionate. There should be more balance in these areas
The leadership team is blind to the ground reality. Agilent has the worst ease of doing business and though there are consistent efforts to improve the same, it always ends up getting more complicated. The leadership team also needs to listen to the employees and not just the share holders.
