Leadership team retain a good spirit of optimism but often fail to communicate long term strategy in a way that the majority of emoloyeess would understand
The leadership team is blind to the ground reality. Agilent has the worst ease of doing business and though there are consistent efforts to improve the same, it always ends up getting more complicated. The leadership team also needs to listen to the employees and not just the share holders.
