Leadership team retain a good spirit of optimism but often fail to communicate long term strategy in a way that the majority of emoloyeess would understand

The leadership team is blind to the ground reality. Agilent has the worst ease of doing business and though there are consistent efforts to improve the same, it always ends up getting more complicated. The leadership team also needs to listen to the employees and not just the share holders.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Organization, establishing policies and procedures, effective leadership, competence, improved judgement.

They always pass statements on one team and one Agilent but on practical ground, they need to work hard to implement this.

Being Honest. Stop micromanaging and trust your employees. Developing Career paths for motivated employees and guiding them. Better feed back on how to reach career goals
