How employees describe working at Ahold
Job is straightforward not hard. Coworkers are respectful and help each other out when needed. Low pay and long hours are cons.
Under staffed. Over worked, under appreciated. Upper management has no clue what the employees need for success. They are so removed from our reality. Pharmacist are working 15 to 20 plus extra hours a week with no compensation no cashiers and no trained techs
Out of touch with store level. Store has to deal with reality, while corporate lives in fantasy land. They believe store associates are stuoid
We work together as a team
They are all such a great group of people. Love it there.
