They are always on top of the things going on.

Understand what it's like at store level dealing with the current help situation our country is in. I've been with this company since 1987

The amount of work done versus the compensation

We Work well together and do what needs to get done each and everyday.
Our team works together well send gets songs well
Most full time people are good people
We are always on the same page and make things go smooth

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nice customers for the most part.
They are all a Caring group of people.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Respect and appreciate employees better compensation equals better retention.

Asked me what my availability is and how many hours per week I would like to work.

Is Keeping my customers happy.
It's a great place to go to and everyone is super nice
Customers are the best part.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Understaffed and over worked. It's a problem every where so figure out how to make it not so with Ahold.
