Fair compensation pay, more than adequate 401(k) and general benefits. Company, standard bonuses, although accompany, filed for bankruptcy and clearly had issues managing corporate funds.
Good company to work for
It can be a tough job but in my experience thus far I would say they try to keep it as upbeat as possible. The benefits are great!
