The company has been financially stable
Committed to helping as much as possible.
Leadership team is average compared to other companies
They listen and meet to learn and determine the right next steps. I'm at a level where I get the feedback first.
Committed to improving organization, hard working.
Firing more of the leadership team. There are SO so many of them. If my direct area manager was in a car accident I'd only know if we were the ones picking him/her up. I have no idea which one of the several possible upper level folks it might be.

Go jump off a cliff.
They are only in meetings. No leadership
Better overall outlook from the top and caring about their flight crews and not numbers!
All management should resign NOW!
Review from Operations Dept
Fair compensation pay, more than adequate 401(k) and general benefits. Company, standard bonuses, although accompany, filed for bankruptcy and clearly had issues managing corporate funds.
401k and the number of benefits available and how much the company contributes to those benefits
Health, dental, 401k, and tuition reimbursement.
The benefits will save my husband and I over $800 a month compared to what we were paying through his company. 401K is matched and does well. Flextime is great.
401k match is good compared to other companies
Base salary was ok but bonus and commissions were not paid fairly
Pay the back overtime pay you losers!
Paid under 50% of market.
The job is way too stressful and the expectation is too high for the low wages.
Air Methods only cares about numbers and money!
Review from Operations Dept
The CEO just talks about money, not the employees. We rarely hear any good news, just loads of bad news.
The local team cares deeply for the community.
Review from Operations Dept
We are a team, not just individuals coming to work for the paycheck. We help each other and always have each others back to keep our team working well.
Diverse group that wans to succeed
Getting to see coworkers and teammates
Stop back stabbing your peers to try and impress management.
We try very much to work together and ask for help when needed. Most companies feel the need to make sure you don't have to ask. And here it is recommended to consult with your teammates.
Small groups of good people.
Review from Operations Dept
Open and transparent with changes
The work we do impacts lives
Willingness to help others ans compassion about patient care.
Management needs to realize that we are people, not machines. We don't ask for much, but we get nothing.
Get rid of the current management
Much better leadership and pay the employees their owed OT wages.
Get better area and clinical managers who will back the flight crews.
Review from Operations Dept
Management clean sweep and start over with the right people in place
Review from Operations Dept
The interview process is fine, of course, they promise you everything but the sun. But once you get in the doors, and become a more longer-term employee, watch out.
Very relaxed atmosphere at interview
Quick snd fast paced. Easy going
Review from Operations Dept
Fast and efficient interview experience with a quick response.
Meeting the people I would be working with and being able to answer their questions.
Too many people to talk to and most of them acted like they didn't want to talk to me.
From application to interview took about 4 months. then another month of the terrible Hire-right confirmation. no transparency at all, you aren't sure if you're in the running still or not until well after application.
Review from Operations Dept
have the flight crew hire, not loser area managers
It takes a long time and is not honest about the work.
Do it local and not from corporate
Contributing to work that saves lives.
We are just another company.
Being able to create my own schedule, manage my workload, and often able to see issues and fix them.
My paycheck makes me happy:)
Helping people and saving lives
Manager/Leadership bloat. Reduce managers and increase operator pay
Review from Operations Dept
don't value their employees, enjoy ripping them off
Too much turn over each year.
Poor management and pay the OT wages owed!
Management more concerned with numbers than people.
Review from Operations Dept
I love that I am involved with a company that core values are about saving lives. I what I do helps bring in those amazing people.
Internal culture appreciation. We have people who are legacy employees from acquisitions and they need to be grateful instead of hateful.
