What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Firing more of the leadership team. There are SO so many of them. If my direct area manager was in a car accident I'd only know if we were the ones picking him/her up. I have no idea which one of the several possible upper level folks it might be.

Go jump off a cliff.
They are only in meetings. No leadership
Better overall outlook from the top and caring about their flight crews and not numbers!
All management should resign NOW!
