What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process is fine, of course, they promise you everything but the sun. But once you get in the doors, and become a more longer-term employee, watch out.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Too many people to talk to and most of them acted like they didn't want to talk to me.
From application to interview took about 4 months. then another month of the terrible Hire-right confirmation. no transparency at all, you aren't sure if you're in the running still or not until well after application.

have the flight crew hire, not loser area managers
It takes a long time and is not honest about the work.
Do it local and not from corporate
Make it local to the bases in need.
