It is completely mismanaged there is no communication across the company, it is too compartmentalized. The company has uneducated individuals working above their abilities.
I have been asking for Are We There Yet to be my drivers and they keep sending me American instead. I do not feel safe with their drivers and Are we there yet are good drivers with studded tires for the ice and snow here. They were polite and very good drivers.
I had good experience. I was able to work whenever I want to.
