What do employees at Airbnb think about their benefits?
Great benefits - free food/health care/dental/etc.
What's the internship program like at Airbnb?
Great intern program for college engineers. However, they only recruit from Ivy leagues and private schools
How does Airbnb handle HR issues?
They do not do anything. There were multiple complaints about my manager regarding too much overtime, too many hours, and expectations of weekend work. He was 'contacted' yet nothing changed. They are so concerned with their 'diverse' culture that no one will be fired in fear they may offend. Bottom line is it was a bad boss and had nothing to do with his race/orientation/gender/etc.
