Management is a joke and the plant manager Heath was heard bragging about how a female production worker brings him breakfast tacos to him in his office every morning. They preach about servant leadership but I gave only heard sarcasm and cut downs out of his mouth. The pay is low

We really work together as a team even though we know we all underoaid
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pay production "team members" more!!!!! They say we are employee owned but we have no say in anything. We work with tools held together with masking tape..but yet we gave new bathroom sinks?! What is the pay scale for employees...from the lowest to highest paid?. Theres no transprency
