It’s fair compared to the market. The pay philosophy is not so Airbus will not get the type of worker they seek without changing the philosophy. Europe has too much influence over HR and headcount. Airbus Americas should be given more leeway in how the operation is run.

No, I am currently a contractor, so no benefits

Workload has increased but pay has not. Paying based on experience is not enough. It doesn't mean that a person with more experience is as productive
