    A lot can be fixed if producers started to actually listen to their content creators. They like to pretend anyone can come to them whenever but then ignore and pass their qualms off to the company slack.

    They don't speak up anymore because they know it's useless. If you don't just go along with what today's bright idea is it's not accepted. Why rock the boat?
