What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The people are nice. No conflict, everybody just keeps going
What is the best part about your compensation package?It's actually way too generous with extras but hey I'm taking it because they are giving it
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?A lot can be fixed if producers started to actually listen to their content creators. They like to pretend anyone can come to them whenever but then ignore and pass their qualms off to the company slack.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Listening to their hosts/content creators.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?They don't speak up anymore because they know it's useless. If you don't just go along with what today's bright idea is it's not accepted. Why rock the boat?
