it's accompanying that's fade afraid to be clinically aggressive in fact that's frowned upon because you a bunch of transport medics with no 911 experience

The leadership team does not value what each employee brings to the table. They certainly don't compensate the employees fairly and don't give explanations as to why.

Very undervalued. They treat everyone like a number, you mean nothing.
