What do you like best about the leadership team?Technology team's strategy and vision keeps changing. It is really hard to keep up with these on going vision changes. Because of this lot of employees are laid off as they do not have a sustainable model/strategy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Altisource pays good compensation in par with the market and offers growth within the organization.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?people are good collaborators and offers help. We treat everyone as the same.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Give salary to the software engineers, they're being exploited
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Everyone tries to lead in their own way. No strategies on products. It keeps changing and no defined input from executives.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I dont know. Executive management needs to put their foot down and drive the products. Creating and trashing products is not going to help the company in long run.
