What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe having stock options is a great benefit. Being able to watch the performance of the company through the years and truly feel you are part of that growth is amazing.
What makes you most happy at work?
To be able to work in a company that's always looking for ways to innovate. In which you can raise the hand and propose something new. Being able to see how my work impacts in the growth of Amazon in Mexico is so satisfying.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You are a true owner of your decisions and have the freedom to explore, innovate, change, whatever you might need or feel you can go for it. I also really like its true is always day 1, you are discovering and learning every day. No week is the same as the previous one.
