Overall positive but recently the experience has been frustrating due to not being able to promo into an L5 role as well as health care benefits are lacking. But on a day to day I love interacting with my work and colleagues.

Started off great, now being at year 2, I have realized I am drastically underpaid. Enjoy my colleagues but compensation is lacking.

Overall it has been good! Fortunate to work for a stable company. Growth opportunites have been limited and it has been challenging find manager's who support growth.

Higher compensation and promotion recognition for L4-L5 Recruiters. Also, a org wide annoucement supporting Virtual work .

Impacting diversity hiring as a recruiter to drive the changes I look forward to in the future. 2nd to getting paid!

independence to delivery, my team also does not message just to message. Our communications are direct and to the point. I love this!

Everyone outside of our company, knows our company's name. Great brand recognition and community need. I wish the compensation for employees would reflect this however!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel underpaid as a recruiter hiring for roles 2 to 3 levels above my own and receiving a fraction of the compensation for building teams.

Been at Amazon for 2 years in the L4 role, I need promo to L5 recognition and for my location to be updated to Virtual in phone tool, permanently
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Promote more from within, I have seen contracts convert at higher levels than those in Blue Badge roles. Also, need to have full benefit coverage. I have spent a lot out of pocket with health insurance this past year.

I would like to see more promotions from within. I have been at Amazon for 2 years in an L4 role. However, I have seen contractors convert at L5. Also, we need Amazon to cover health care benefits in full.

I feel undervalued as there is transparent information everywhere about other companies compensation being more than Amazon's as well as other companies making bold statements with fully Virtual roles as well as 4-day work schedules. More Pay please, especially Base Pay
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership does a good job with earning trust with me as an employee as I rarely feel micromanaged. I would like to see our leadership team update our compensation as well as make a bold stance on WFH for us corporate employees.
