enjoy the people on my team, but feel my training lacked alot. We are growing and there were not enough resources to train. Therefore I do not feel that I am being successful. There are growing pains, but I am pretty unsatisfied with my role at this time.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
the 1st 5 months were very tough. Not a lot of guidance, team has been growing, was not sure where I fit in, what my responsibilities were day to day. The pace is fast, which I like, but the training was lacking in direction and mentor to reach out to.

talking to candidates that are interested in pursuing roles at Amazon. Happy customers ( managers) Filling roles
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
years of experience in a tight field and market. Know the value of experienced people and what they bring with their maturity and business sense. This should be considered in overall Total compensation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Feel base for experienced Recruiters should be higher. We are filling very tough skill sets and major amount of our time is sourcing passive candidates that we must attract and 'woo' to Amazon. RSU's should also be healthier. Tech Recruiters are in as high a need as SDE's. Get what you pay for
