Increased base pay for hourly employees, not just salaried employees. And better perks to stay competitive with other large companies
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As Amazon employees, our wages are primarily based on stocks; which I believe makes our compensation much less competitive to other companies. From what I hear, this is why so many people are leaving the company.
