I love my job and my team. Hopefully, I will be able to convert to a Blue Badge soon.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is competitive pay, especially with my remote role.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people on my team and the support we receive from our leadership team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Consumer leadership team is caring and informative. There's a great sense of community here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is so much fun, and we love supporting each other and other teams.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The wage (I'm only a green badge so I'm not sure what the Amazon full benefits are).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The community is very helpful and is always interacting with each other through our RCREMIX Chime chat.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to help customers (remotely) get one step closer to their potential dream job. I also enjoy creative problem-solving.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how knowledgeable and personable my leaders are. They take the time to check on you but are also there to assist you if needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is the best because everyone is welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was very easy for me to join my team as a new member because my team was excited to meet and assist me.
What makes you most happy at work?
I truly enjoy my job and I love when the candidate's I helped receive their acceptance. It makes me happy to know that I helped someone potentially find their dream job. I also love my team!
