Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on the work that is being ask to be completed, the compensation doesn't match based on what we are seeing in companies outside of Amazon. I enjoy working at Amazon, but I feel as a company we have fallen behind competitively when it comes to compensation
