Amazon's cooperate life is amazing. Every team that I've been on has been so great. We share knowledge, we help each other, and we never judge each other. We value difficult conversations, and allow people to be their true selves at work.

I know Amazon's comp is not industry standard/competitive. Base pay needs to raise to be competitive

They show interest in who we are and make a point to welcome us and highlight our wins as individuals

They care about us as people outside of our jobs. They will genuinely ask us how we are doing before getting into work things and that always feels good

The knowledge sharing is best, people don't gate keep information which is great. People are always willing to help you with things, and I love that we're able to voice opinions without retaliation...disagree and commit is valued by leaders
