Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The 401 k match is pretty minimal. Most companies I've worked at have had a $1 per $1 match for the first 5% of salary contributed to 401 k
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
401 k match is very weak. All my past employers matched at least 5%. Capped discount at Amazon to save only $100 a year is also disappointing. I'd shop more from Amazon is discount wasn't capped so low.
