This is one of the most complex places to work in the world. You should compensate your employees better than other companies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is working hard and happy. It would be great if we could meet in person. There is zero effort to even accommodate small parts of the teams to get together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Amazon has relied on its name to keep salaries low but attract talent. Now the market is filled with jobs w/ better pay n benefits, People don't care to leave Amazon for a better comp/benefits now. Amazon seemed to only increase pay/benefits because the market demanded it not because they care.
