What is the best part about your compensation package?
My health coverage is very good and affordable - I have a young child whom seems to be sick often and knowing that I dont have to stress health care coverage is important.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to flex time as needed for my family - Feeling valued - The work I do is exciting and challenging which makes me want to do more and better each day
