If an employee is doing a great job or going above and beyond they are sure to recognize it. If I have any questions they are quick to respond.

They keep things positive and fun which is a work environment I have not experienced. It makes coming to work fun! Team is encouraging and always available to help

Makes a huge effort to keep team motivated and feel connected even while being virtual. Everyone is very helpful and willing to answer or give clarification when I have questions
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am currently a contractor so I don't have the same benefits as full time employees. I do have benefits through contractor and that is the best part of my "compensation package"
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am grateful for where I am as a contractor and my benefits are better than what I had previously. I am excited about the opportunity to eventually go BB and have even better pay/compensation. Overall, I am happy and genuinely grateful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I come from working for a small business so I am impressed with the time that is taken to check in with the team and give feedback if needed or recognize hard work. The checks and balances are impressive and overall create a great work environment.
