We take the time to meet weekly via video call, everyone also works collaboratively to reach goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In my org the L8 and L7 leader are present and invested in the consumer TA space. That is one of the best things leaders can do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If there was a way to bonus quarterly or annually that would be amazing. The base pay was approved to be increased, but that does not immediately effect most of the employees.
