Equitable compensation that is in line with our competitors.
What are some of the best things about your team?
One of the reasons I stay on my current team is becuase of the amazing people I get to call my colleagues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If our compensation was equitable to other tech companies and/or we were paid equitable to external hires. IE - when our comp is reviwed anually we are given increases in base + additional RSUs to be equally compensated with external hires.
