I believe in this long-term mission of the company less and less the longer I work here. The company does not value it's employees and is constantly losing talent. Internal tools are not given enough support or people to truly be the best company in the world.

The team and larger org culture is good and welcoming.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership isn't well defined in this survey. I don't know if you are referring to Amazon leadership, PXT leadership, or TA leadership.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have done market research and have peers in the industry at competitors. Amazon is not competitve for base comp, and RSU are not the carrot they might have once been. Go away from the heavy RSU model.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can't speak to Amazon overall, but if company is my larger org, they are welcoming and share information widely as much as possible. We have a good leader, who we are lucky has stayed with so much movement in the leaders above them.
