Higher salary - stock options are great but the base salary could be better.

They are fun, we all have the same interests, they are all invested in each other's success

Stocks. My salary is lower than I would like at this point but the stocks do make that better.

They encourage each other and help each other when needed. I also really appreciate that there are so many different communication styles. experiences, and cultures throughout the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They treat and speak to us like adults, including our employee relations activities. In previous roles, I have felt like sometimes the direction/engagement was a bit juvenile, and I appreciate that we all are candid with each other.

I feel they are invested in my development. When necessary, they give me productive, relevant feedback in the way I like to receive it. They give me opportunities to succeed, set me up for success, and allow me to have work life balance.
