I love working here at Amazon. I feel the promo process needs a lot of work. That would be my only issue with trying to advance. When teams get folded into another one or a manager leaves, that employee should not have to start over due to that to get a promo.

I have been with Amazon for five years and it's one of the most exciting companies I have worked for. I love how Amazon is extremely open minded company and how all walks of life can work here and be successful. Your ideas matter.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My inter team, Director and manager. They try to make work fun and enjoyable all the time.

Everyone one brings something special to the table within our team. This enhances our abilities to learn as a whole.

They try to ensure we are successful as a team, organization and make it fun for the group to be apart of.

Diversity and inclusion sets us apart from a lot of other companies and we are able to be free thinkers within Amazon.

We are all eccentric, have unique talents, diverse backgrounds, that make us a better team. As well as contribute to make us all successful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how they always have our backs, make this a fun culture to work in, help mold us into better employees, off-sites, and we have fun actives for team calls.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been here 5 years and have been passed over for my L6 several times due to moving of teams and new HM's that I can't control. Also other companies are recruiting us all and paying a lot more..
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
(I like that Amazon announced the new pay scale and we should be getting better pay) A lot of other companies are recruiting us and offering way more comp than Amazon is currently giving us, also as others are being hired in they are making more than internals who have been faithful to Amazon.
