Management genuinely wants to see you succeed. No scare tactics just tackling problems together

My leadership team is transparent and communicative. They show me daily in their actions that they care about my success and helping me push myself to do my best.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone shares their pain points and best practices. We speak to each other on a human level and care about what we have going on outside of the work place.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that my team is always there to answer questions. We message each other all day asking for prep material, shadowing opportunities, and share best practices as well as pain points often. This all creates a safe environment to be vulnerable and receive help.
