Overall, I really enjoy my job. The flexibility that is offered for my work-life balance is great, and I have a great relationship with my manager and team. I couldn't ask for much more!

My team is FUN. They all work so hard but are welcoming and kind.
What makes you most happy at work?
It makes me happy when things go smoothly, and when a candidate gets an offer.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like how open they are about the org. structure and the projects that we have going on throughout the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really like the financial freedom I feel with what I am getting paid. I also feel great contributing to my 401K and my stock.

I love how fun and helpful my team is. I feel like I can ask for support for whatever I need, work related or not.

I love the learning culture here at Amazon. There are always opportunities to learn new things, learn from your mistakes, or find better ways to do things.

The culture is very supportive and we are always striving to make the processes we have in place better and work more smoothly to make our jobs easier.

I enjoy the organization processes of my job. It makes me feel very productive, and I really enjoy getting to make an impact on people's lives who interview here at Amazon.

I love how transparent they are with everyone and willing to answer any and all questions we might have. They genuinely care about our goals and the people they have as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am excited about the stock options. I have been learning a lot more about those, but it is making me feel more financially stable and like I am setting a nice foundation for myself as I am beginning my career.
