Amazon has helped me scale up in my role. Everyday feels like day 1 here as I get to explore many new things and that keeps the job very exciting.

All the hard work done does not get unnoticed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation for Recruiter at L5 level is too low. It needs to be revised.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team is very helpful. If in doubt, I seek advise from my team mates before even looking up for answers elsewhere.

Our team is still evolving. We have many new contractors which is the majority strength of the team but overall we are looking good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation currently is very low as per the market trend. I keep sharing market trends with my business for various job families and I keep a tab on my job family too.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am currently leading the hiring for the most toughest technical job family. Tough because the % of employees in overall Amazon itself is barely 7%. So I interact with cross functional teams to engage interviewers to volunteer interviewing for my teams.
