We are all fairly and new and we try to encourage and coach one another.

I love recruiting and sourcing. Just need to obtain full grasp of how Amazon wants it done correctly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
much of new hire training is good, but need team member is needed to help with procedure/tools etc. Was assigned buddy but never available or doesn't show up to scheduled meetings.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Managers could spend more time with new employees as they learn to navigate processes, tools, etc. My Leader is also a new leader and has been on boarding several and often does not have time to spend.
