Overall, love working with diverse and really smart folks but i wish the company reviewed salaries, provided bonuses to retain talent. a lot of processes remain super rigid, lots of things are unrealistic to accomplish in 40 hour work week, which then affects work/life harmony. i can usually be my authentic self and find people to share my struggles with, people are open to conversation and healthy arguments

look for more than work output, create a safe and inclusive environment, retain employees with monetary comp. prices go up, but salaries don't? require covid vaccination and spread more awareness about the virus
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Managers focus on deliverables/output only and the metrics are sometimes unrealistic to meet in current conditions.
