I started as a contractor and was able to convert to full time. I've noticed that the workload has increased, due to lack of support. Interviewers are leaving at record numbers, attrition is high.

It's hard to tell in a virtual environment. But I do enjoy all of the virtual events that we have.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More pay transparency. Higher wage to reflect inflation and the cost of living in Seattle. $60k for L4 in Seattle is a little low.
