Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know other companies pay more for the same work we do. We're one of the richest companies in the world, the employees should be compensated to reflect that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Option of higher base pay or stocks. As a young person I prefer to have more cash than stock. RSU vest sooner. RCs at other Tech companies are paid more.
