autonomy: I am allowed to solve problems based on my expertise without a manager micromanaging.

I love seeing the growth of our collective mindset. I enjoy watching the celebration of innovation and getting to experience the genius of others.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works together and separately well. I don't feel like anyone is just trudging along. The team seems to care about the work they do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the fact that they recognize we are human. We make mistakes, we have issues, and we need breaks. It is hard leading a diverse team. They apply pressure to keep us active and engaged, but understand when we need to step back from that pressure.
