Initially it was great but with a change in leadership it makes me feel very stressed and I feel whatever I do, is not good enough

I feel blessed to be working for Amazon. I love the challenges that come my way and the trust leadership has that I will pull through. But I feel there is no work-life balance and compensation could be better.

Collaboration and our team environment is admirable

Based on the market, my salary is in the lower end.

I think it would be important to match or exceed competitor salaries as well.

Team members who are toxic are seen as amazing employees and encouraged to be superior above others

My manager Andre King has been so amazing. I appreciate his transparency and direction provided to us.

Most, but not all, are collaborative and team players. Most, but not all, exemplifies the Amazon leadership principles.

I enjoy working with my team and my manager. I feel I am making an impact in the growth of the business.
